Beginning in April 2026, I will start sending a quarterly email collection of practical, helpful information to help people along life's journey. You can expect to see topics ranging from personal wellness to financial wellness, confidence-building, communication, and more.

Although the newsletter is quarterly, you might receive a monthly email for event announcements, and the like. But it's unlikely I'll send more than one or two emails per month. Spam is the worst!

My hub for the aspects of life I am most passionate about.

A sunseeker, by definition, is someone who seeks the warmth of the sun. I feel happiest when in the sun, any time of year. 


Beyond its physical warmth, the sun symbolizes what many desire: success, positivity, growth, and often new beginnings. Every sunrise offers a chance for a fresh start. Through my work, I look forward to connecting people to the resources necessary to move from existence to living.
